Fancy a chat with someone who's not going to judge you or tell you what to do or tell eveyone what you've said? Phone, email or go online to request a meet up with a Peer Supporter. You can even read get profiles online and let us know who you'd prefer to talk to. Your Peer Supporter will get in touch and arrange a meetup, you can get a coffee or go for a walk and chat to them. Whether you want an hour or regular meetups we can help you. We are highly trained and here for you."
